Principal Clinical Pharmacologist

Regeneron seeks a Principal Clinical Pharmacologist to lead pharmacometrics strategy and execution across General Medicine clinical programs. The role combines strategic planning, regulatory support, and scientific collaboration to advance drug development across multiple studies and analyses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic clinical pharmacology development plans for assigned programs
- Provide pharmacology expertise and presentations to study teams, development teams, and senior management
- Collaborate with preclinical and research teams to characterize and predict human pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics
- Draft, review, and finalize clinical study protocols, analysis plans, and pharmacology reports
- Support regulatory submissions, health authority meetings, and communications including IND and BLA preparation
Requirements
- PhD in pharmacometrics, biology, pharmacology, or engineering; PharmD or MD
- 6+ years clinical pharmacology experience
- Strong cross-functional communication skills at all organizational levels
- Innovative, flexible mindset with solid scientific background
- Ability to develop and oversee pharmacometrics analysis plans
Compensation: $150,500–$245,500 annually
