Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions based on clients' unique circumstances.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety, employing safety planning strategies as necessary.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing detoxification and facing various mental health challenges related to substance use and psychological distress. You will provide support to a diverse clientele, including those experiencing co-occurring disorders, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach that recognizes the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
