Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active Washington SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
• Commitment to on-site, in-person service delivery for the duration of the school year
• Flexible, adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in eligibility and annual review meetings as a knowledgeable SLP resource
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
• Offer classroom-based strategies and support to foster communication success for all learners
