Multiple positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, including four full-time roles (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week) and one full-time position at 70% FTE. This on-site contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within K-12 educational settings.

What We’re Seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid WA SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Fingerprinting through OSPI mandatory prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience strongly valued
• Familiarity with diverse student needs, including IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a K-12 caseload, with a maximum of 48 students (average range typically 48-60)
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy, both individually and in small groups
• Assess students’ communication skills and develop individualized plans
• Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
• Support a positive, inclusive environment and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
