Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions in both individual and group settings, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering emotional well-being.
\n
• Specializing in issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities to address specific patient needs and enhance their coping skills.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your therapeutic expertise will allow you to cater to complex family dynamics, assisting patients through challenges such as marital issues, separation, divorce, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
