Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Providing weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students seeking clinical licensure or working through their Master’s programs.

• Delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.
\n
• Participating in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in line with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and contributions will be recognized with a generous salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, backed by a bonus program including a sign-on bonus of $3,000!
