Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with new and existing clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to promote positive outcomes.

• Document progress notes and treatment interventions in our electronic health record (EHR) system with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and interventions for clients requiring additional support.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and stability in challenging situations.
\n
• Attend clinical meetings and contribute insights to enhance team performance and client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, including adults coping with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse. Given our commitment to cultural competence, you will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, respecting their backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to integrate theory into practice.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies and mental health assessment techniques.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
