Job Description

Seeking experienced COO for fast paced medical practice.

Fast paced medical practice seeking knowledgeable COO. This is a Full time position. We are a busy practice and actively growing. Would like an individual who is dedicated and hard working to match our devoted staff and team. Someone who is a Team player and always willing to engage with providers, staff, and patients when needed. Knowledge in Personal injury cases is a plus . Six Figure salary.

Job Duties include the following:

Coordinating with front office and managers on a daily basis.

Overseeing daily operations and flow of phone calls, data entry, scheduling, and coordination of care.

Weekly/Monthly Traveling to other locations and implementing set protocols with other staff at satellite offices throughout Southern and Northern California.

Be a go between for company leadership and CFO/back office administration.

Manage employee office collaboration throughout all branches.

Assist in a variety of HR related matters when applicable.

Help maintain a steady and consistent office environment .

Work with the Physicians on best ways to navigate their workflow.

Acquaint with the EMR/E-CLINICAL and utilize reports when needed.

Communicating efficiently and effectively with back/front office and management in company related matters.

Other operational duties may be provided or discussed as matters arise.

Timeliness is crucial in our work environment.

Office hours are Mon thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
