Are you an experienced sales leader who knows how to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals?

GDG Smiles is a fast-growing cosmetic dental organization focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and life-changing results. We are looking for a Sales Manager / Trainer to help strengthen our sales team, develop talent, and drive consistent performance.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys coaching people, improving sales processes, and building a team that consistently delivers results.

 

What You'll Do

• Train, coach, and develop our Luxury Smile Agents and Sales Development Representative
• Lead onboarding and ongoing sales training.
• Coach team members on consultations, presentations, objection handling, follow-up, and closing.
• Review individual and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and help the team consistently achieve sales goals.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, role-plays, and team meetings.
• Reinforce company sales processes, SOPs, and standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and create actionable development plans.
• Support team members in improving conversion, follow-up, and overall sales performance.
• Work closely with leadership to strengthen sales strategies, processes, and training programs.
• Lead by example and help create a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.

 

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales leadership, sales training, or team management.
• Strong track record in sales and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, objection handling, follow-up, and closing.
• Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, cosmetic, or elective services sales is a plus.
