Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport and empathy with clients.

• A non-judgmental attitude, demonstrating compassion and understanding toward diverse client experiences.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and client scheduling.

• No history of disciplinary actions by licensure boards.
