Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, drawing on evidence-based practices to evaluate their needs and challenges.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans after careful consideration of clients' goals, issues, and family context.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients across various age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant case histories.
• Revise and update treatment plans regularly in alignment with clients' progress and emerging needs, ensuring a responsive therapeutic approach.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive client care.
• Prepare to provide crisis intervention and support clients experiencing acute distress during sessions.
• Stay updated on current research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy to continually enhance service delivery.
• Advocate for clients' rights, facilitating informed decisions about their treatment options and future directions.
• Encourage self-care practices among clients to foster their overall wellness journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various emotional and psychological issues. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Successful candidates must possess an active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the relevant State Board.
• Experience in providing individual and couple therapy is essential, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in completing client assessments, progress notes, and treatment documentation in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
