Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to client preferences, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a cohesive approach to client care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings for continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and recovery journey.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health and integrate new methodologies into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population in our community health clinic, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients of different backgrounds and experiences, helping them to navigate their mental health journeys with sensitivity and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
