Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate clients' unique needs and goals, ensuring a personalized therapeutic journey.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to promote active participation in their recovery.

• Monitor progress throughout therapy and make adjustments to treatment plans when necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, each confronting various mental health issues ranging from mood disorders and trauma-related challenges to anxiety and relationship difficulties. Your role will involve guiding clients through their therapeutic process, empowering them to develop coping strategies, and helping them achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
