Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the latest DSM guidelines, while working under supervision from licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Provide tailored, short-term psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns using evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, skills training, and supportive therapy to help clients navigate through challenging situations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize treatment plans and assure integrated care is provided efficiently.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions, preparing clinical reports and communicating with relevant social services for added support.

• Participate in regular clinical meetings aimed at reviewing treatment effectiveness and organizational quality assurance processes.

Qualifications\n

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to deliver care and maintain patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year based on experience, coupled with a SIGN-ON BONUS for eligible candidates.
