Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services promptly, working in synchronization with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, which includes up-to-date progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries that align with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families to equip them with essential skills and knowledge for managing mental health conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.

• Stay informed on current research, industry best practices, and mental health trends to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and inform clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
