Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is individuals struggling with substance use disorders, who may also be contending with co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in substance use disorders, combined with a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to foster a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic alliance.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly in a substance use treatment context.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications related to therapy documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

At least 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling, specifically focusing on substance use disorders and recovery approaches. Additional experience in crisis intervention and family therapy may also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you will have opportunities to earn bonuses based on performance. A sign-on bonus may also be available for qualified candidates.
