Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals grappling with substance use disorders, including those who may also have co-occurring mental health conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges these patients face and the resilience they embody. You will engage clients from diverse backgrounds, navigating their journey from addiction to recovery with empathy and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Strong familiarity with substance use disorders and the spectrum of evidence-based treatment approaches, with a focus on recovery-oriented care.

• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy delivery, particularly in addiction settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a non-judgmental and supportive approach to therapy.

• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and a willingness to engage with telehealth platforms effectively.

• Commitment to patient confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
