Our work environment is fully remote, allowing for flexible working hours while maintaining a structured approach to patient care. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, flexibility for occasional evening shifts may be necessary to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, aimed at fostering engagement and facilitating change.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences, learn from each other, and build a peer support network.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure all aspects of a patient's care are addressed, promoting a holistic recovery experience.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing substance use disorders, as well as individuals who may also face co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Extensive knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented practices.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy specifically in addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
