Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will work with are primarily those affected by substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol and drug dependency. Your role will involve guiding patients through various stages of recovery, from initial assessment to long-term support, enabling them to develop coping mechanisms and resilience as they face the challenges of addiction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Profound knowledge of substance use disorders, addiction recovery processes, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy specifically within the addiction treatment context.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
