Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will encompass a variety of crucial responsibilities that directly impact client outcomes:

Qualifications\n

To qualify, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing rapport and a therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.

• Diligence in maintaining confidentiality and developing a respectful and understanding approach toward clients' challenges.

• Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage casework, therapy sessions, and documentation remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates who have experience in a community health setting or have worked with minority populations may find their skills particularly valuable in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n
