**Required Experience and Skills:** - 1 year of oncology/chemo experience required - Oncology experience required - Administration of chemotherapy - Accessing/Managing Ports - Administration of blood & blood products - Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line care - Starting and maintaining IVs, Antibiotics, Antiemetics - Foley catheter insertion/management - Isolation Precautions, Telemetry Interpretation, Telemetry monitoring **Certifications and Licensure:** - ONS/ONCC required - ACLS required - BCLS required - Chemo certification required - Must have MO license or compact license; IL license required at time of submittal **Clinical Experience:** - Auto stem cell transplants - Chemotherapy administration - Management of complications from blood cancers (GVHD, etc.) **Preferred Experience:** - EPIC charting system experience **Additional Requirements:** - Must pass Relias EKG exam - Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required
