This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong technical accounting skills and the ability to mentor junior staff. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage month‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and review financial statements and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. Perform and oversee complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Provide supervision and guidance to Staff Accountants , fostering development and accuracy in work. Maintain and manage the general ledger , ensuring proper coding and integrity of financial data. Support and coordinate financial audits , including preparation of schedules and liaison with auditors. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and ensure compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required). CPA designation or prior public accounting experience (preferred). 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
