Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, using evidence-based practices.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques suited to the client’s context.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create integrated care plans that ensure all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the therapeutic process, promoting their understanding and support for the client’s recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation supports the client’s treatment objectives.

Qualifications\n
