Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client mental health, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans, collaboratively setting goals and therapeutic interventions with clients and their families.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing clients' understanding of mental health and recovery strategies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to each client's care.
