KJB Fireplaces Inc. sells and installs fireplaces, inserts and stoves.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Host to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our Sales Showroom Team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

· Greet visitors and clients warmly with a professional demeanor.

· Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and direct messages accurately.

· Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.

· Perform data entry, filing, and general document organization.

· Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels.

 

Qualifications & Skills

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional phone etiquette and customer-first attitude.

KJB also completes the fireplace installation with custom Metal, Wood or Stone Surround finishes.
