Womens Health Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Hours needed: Wednesday - 4pm-12am / Thursday 8am-6pm / Friday 8am-5pm / Saturday night - 7pm-12am / Sunday 8am-4pm

• Greets patients and visitors in a positive and helpful manner
• Schedules patient appointments using the eClinical Works scheduling system
• Confirms, cancels and reschedules appointments as directed
• Complies with applicable policies and procedures
• Contributes to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required

• Prior reception knowledge a plus
• Ability to deal with fast paced office environment
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Ability to handle heavy phone/patient traffic while maintaining courteous and professional demeanor
