Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and ensure continuity of care through collaboration with other healthcare providers for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to industry regulations and clinic policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge for effective mental health management.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and nurses, coordinating comprehensive care to optimize patient outcomes.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
