Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of your clients, ensuring accuracy in developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, depending on the client's needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow therapists, to offer a holistic treatment approach and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues or distress, skillfully navigating challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
