Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health needs. Our clients may be seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and other psychosocial stressors. Your role as a counselor will be instrumental in helping them navigate these challenges and improve their coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on record.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and empathetic counseling environment.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year , dependent on the number of clients served and hours worked. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for new hires, a weekly direct deposit payment system for consistent cash flow, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
