Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using established psychological methods to identify the unique mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy through individual, group, and family sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to deliver coordinated and holistic mental health care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients facing acute mental health crises, utilizing your expertise to assess risk and provide appropriate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
