Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure that our clients receive holistic, coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention and urgent support to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing de-escalation techniques and empathetic communication.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs aimed at raising mental health awareness, breaking down stigma, and promoting wellness.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's degree or a doctor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Commitment to cultural competence and diversity, effectively supporting individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year , depending on your experience and credentials.
