Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, employing de-escalation strategies and support during emergencies.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure that each client receives cohesive and comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings, discussing case management and the therapeutic approaches that resonate with clients.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in documentation.

Qualifications\n
