Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of personalized, actionable treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care—in both individual and group settings.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic and integrated care strategies that maximize client outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing your skills with empathy and professionalism to stabilize their situations.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, aiming to promote mental health literacy and reduce societal stigma around mental health disorders through workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence, adeptly working with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
