Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand clients' mental health needs thoroughly.

• Engage in active collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to formulate efficient treatment plans.

• Lead therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities tailored to individual client challenges.

• Monitor treatment outcomes, gather feedback from clients, and adjust strategies as required to ensure continued progress.

• Develop and implement joint treatment plans and recommend evidence-based strategies while adhering to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Equip families with the knowledge and tools necessary to support their children's emotional and developmental needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent support tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure in conducting psychotherapy and solution-focused interventions.

• Proficient psychosocial diagnostic skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to clients and families, both verbally and in writing.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals in a compassionate and professional manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment strategies for clients.

• Familiarity with remote counseling technologies and tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
