As a critical member of our team, you will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, delivering essential mental health support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized virtual counseling sessions to clients experiencing various mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster emotional resilience.

• Assist clients in identifying their goals, developing coping strategies, and navigating personal hardships, whether related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues.

• Document session notes and maintain accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to remain current with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment plans that address clients’ comprehensive needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting therapy via telehealth platforms, with a focus on creating a comfortable and engaging virtual setting for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient or community health setting.

• Experience working with a diverse population and understanding the complexities associated with cultural differences in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
