Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and more.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique psychological challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create an integrated approach to care.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients' families, helping them understand mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n
