Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain comprehensive insights into clients’ mental health concerns, using diagnostic tools to inform treatment plans.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate for client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support progress and outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services, accommodating clients who benefit from virtual engagement due to geographic or physical limitations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to remain abreast of the latest practices and enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also welcomed.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients, thereby creating a safe therapeutic space.

• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and associated administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to clients with varying mental health conditions is preferred.

• Experience with telehealth technology is a plus, as this role will involve virtual sessions regularly.
