Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, including understanding their history and the impact of their issues on daily functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be tasked with addressing not only immediate concerns but also exploring underlying issues to promote long-term wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
