Job Title Account Coordinator Department Client Services Reports To Manager, Client Services FLSA Status Non-Exempt Shift Hybrid, M-F Days Wage Range $22.00-$27.00 Job Summary The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Services team on various commercial print and direct mail job functions. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Support the Client Services Team with various pre‑production tasks, including but not limited to, job ticket entry, job revisions, proof review and signoffs, while also assisting with postal promotion submissions and archiving. Assist the Client Services Team with post‑production activities, including but not limited to, sample receipt, routing, and shipping, and preparing and delivering reports to clients. Assist the Client Services Team with client specific tasks as they occur. Inform Account Managers of any job‑related concerns or opportunities that arise with their assigned clients. Support 6S initiatives. Follow all Safety and Quality policies and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned. Skills And Abilities Required Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work within tight timelines and respond quickly to urgent requests. Strong attention to detail and quality, as well as strong problem‑solving skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening). Flexibility to work across the entire Client Services department as needed. Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal. Education And Experience Required High School Diploma Required. Associate’s degree or experience in a customer service environment strongly preferred. Experience with direct mail and commercial print is helpful but not required. The employee is frequently exposed to normal to moderate working conditions, with noise levels usually quiet to moderate and minimal to some interruptions. The role routinely uses office equipment, software and hardware. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, type, write and is exposed to regular meetings, both virtually and in person. The employee may be required to stand or sit for long periods, use hands or fingers to reach or handle items, and may need to lift 25lbs or more at a time. Vision abilities to encompass close‑up work are required. The employee may be exposed to machinery and moving parts, airborne particles including paper dust and hazardous materials or fumes, requiring protective equipment. Adverse weather conditions, extended seasonal hours, high precarious places, and confined spaces may also be encountered. Hearing protection may be necessary in certain noise environments.
