Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by meeting with clients to explore their individual mental health status, history, and challenges.

• Design tailored treatment plans based on a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, employing individual and group therapy methods to equip clients with coping strategies and skills necessary for overcoming barriers to mental wellness.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed, and documenting all interactions accurately in our EHR systems.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare resources, including psychiatrists or specialists, to ensure holistic and integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Our ideal candidate will possess the cultural competency to effectively engage with a variety of populations and create safe, inclusive environments that foster trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience working in mental health settings.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
