About Agency Eight Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams — helping them build community, drive content, and scale creator programs in a measurable way. We’re looking for a strategic, client-obsessed Account Manager to join our growing influencer marketing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients — owning strategy, leading campaign execution, and driving the results that keep clients coming back. You’ll manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding through reporting, while also guiding and reviewing the work of coordinators and interns. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with ownership, and is genuinely passionate about the creator economy. What You’ll Do Client Leadership & Strategy Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction Lead bi-weekly client calls, delivering campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations Own influencer strategy across seeding, paid, and affiliate programs, proactively adjusting approaches to optimize performance Set and manage client expectations, ensuring all monthly goals and deliverables are met Program Execution Oversight Track monthly campaign performance and clearly communicate how agency efforts translate into client results Oversee client reporting, including reviewing and approving reports and campaign write-ups Maintain a strong understanding of the gifting and shipping flow, with the ability to find information and unblock client issues quickly Client Onboarding and New Business Support Lead onboarding calls for new clients, setting clear expectations and goals from day one Develop and oversee new client strategy from the ground up Create and manage all onboarding materials, including initial influencer sourcing lists, outreach copy flows, Typeforms, and content briefs Ensure a seamless and timely onboarding experience for every new client Support pitches and proposals as needed Team Management Manage and mentor Account Coordinators and junior team members Review and approve influencer lists, outreach copy, and content briefs Provide clear direction, feedback, and quality control across all workstreams Ensure your team is organized, accountable, and executing at a high level Client Growth & Retention Identify opportunities to scale accounts through expanded scope (paid, affiliate, increased volume) Drive upsells and renewals across your client portfolio Build strong, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and performance Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers, agencies, and industry partners What Success Looks Like Your clients are happy, retained, and consistently increasing spend Campaigns run smoothly without constant escalation You proactively identify opportunities, not just react to requests Your team is organized, efficient, and producing high-quality work You are seen as a strategic partner — not just an executional resource What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field — agency experience strongly preferred Proven experience owning client relationships independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball Experience managing or mentoring junior team members Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you surface issues early and come with a plan Comfortable with data and reporting; able to pull insights and translate them into clear client-facing takeaways Proficiency in Google Sheets Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Notion Experience with or willingness to quickly learn tools like Archive and influencer databases Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Dormont Manufacturing Company
