Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing effective evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, monitor client progress meticulously, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Provide guidance in developing coping strategies, building life skills, and enhancing emotional resilience in clients facing a variety of challenges, from anxiety to relationship issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals, sharing insights and information to enhance the quality of care and support provided to clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship conflicts. Your cultural sensitivity and experience with various demographics will contribute significantly to tailoring therapeutic approaches that resonate with our clients, respecting their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• A current and valid license as a Professional Counselor in Texas.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• The ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment, sharing insights and resources to benefit clients collectively.

• Experience and comfort interacting with a diverse range of individuals, exhibiting cultural competence and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to $90,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Strong Minds Counseling Center also offers a range of benefits, including:
