You will serve as the COO’s "right hand," moving seamlessly between executive‑level data analysis and boots‑on‑the‑ground warehouse operations. The Role: What You’ll Do Operational Efficiency: Partner with the COO to monitor and optimize store and warehouse operations. Communication: Communicate daily with multiple department heads to ensure workflows are running at peak efficiency. Data Analysis: Leverage advanced Excel skills to track inventory, analyze supply chain metrics, and generate reports that drive executive decision‑making. Inventory Management: You must be willing to "roll up your sleeves," spending time building complex spreadsheets or assisting with inventory audits in the warehouse. Cross‑Departmental Liaison: Act as a central hub of communication to ensure COO directives are executed across various teams. Process Improvement: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose data‑backed solutions to improve the bottom line.
