What You’ll Do Manage assigned cases efficiently, reviewing and taking action at the proper intervals. Facilitate the underwriting process by contacting doctors’ offices, insurance carriers, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure cases are approved as quickly as possible by following all required procedures. Accurately enter applications and document each file using the Agent Front (or designated) system. Handle your caseload effectively to meet assigned quotas. Communicate with clients and partners via phone and email in a timely, professional manner. Who We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in insurance, case management, or customer service.
