Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' objectives and therapeutic goals, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches tailored to a range of mental health challenges.

• Administer teletherapy sessions effectively, leveraging technology to offer an accessible and supportive therapeutic environment to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring that individuals in distress receive immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work primarily with adult clients who present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be required to adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client while establishing a trusting and therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exemplifying compassion and empathy while maintaining a non-judgmental attitude.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional board(s).
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth format is highly desirable.

• A proven track record of working with diverse populations and demonstrating cultural competence in therapeutic practice.
