Our Client is Looking an experienced Consulting Manager – Life Sciences to lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements for clients across the life sciences sector. This role combines strong project management, analytical expertise, and client-facing capabilities to drive successful project outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects, including complex, large-scale engagements
• Analyze client requirements, identify key challenges, and develop cost-effective, high-impact solutions
• Support proposal development and contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities
• Provide direction and mentorship to analysts, consultants, and project team members
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and documentation to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to uncover insights and inform recommendations
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Stay up to date on industry trends, consulting methodologies, and best practices within the life sciences domain

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements in a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and consulting frameworks
• Experience building consultative relationships with senior stakeholders
• Established professional network within the life sciences sector
