Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Top Health, you will play a pivotal role in promoting mental well-being among students. The following responsibilities outline your contributions to our objectives:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify students’ mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. For instance, you will assess students facing anxiety, behavioral challenges, or emotional distress to ensure tailored interventions.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help students cope with their unique challenges. You’ll regularly adapt techniques based on efficacy and feedback from the students and their families.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, complying with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and regulate best practices in ethical social work.

• Collaborate effectively with school personnel, including teachers, counselors, and parents, to create a comprehensive support network. For example, you may work with teachers to develop strategies that promote positive classroom behaviors.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
