Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments and develop customized treatment plans for clients with low acuity mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief.

• Utilize the telehealth platform to maintain regular communication with clients through video sessions, audio messages, online journals, and goal-setting tools.

• Manage your patient caseload effectively by determining your own availability and targeted patient demographics.

• Document sessions and track treatment progress using our integrated platform features, ensuring continuity of care and informed clinical decision-making.

• Participate in peer community discussions, sharing experiences and strategies with fellow therapists to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health conditions. Clients are pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling, allowing you to focus on those dealing with manageable psychological challenges rather than severe or acute crises. This concentrated demographic includes individuals grappling with common issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship problems, which can be effectively addressed through telehealth services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a full independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Virginia, free from any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time LCSWs are eligible for a generous monthly stipend for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
