Content Director

Leading the content team, the full-time Director of Content will build and develop content managers and writers while ensuring the production of accurate, compliant, and high-performing legal content at scale in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the performance, growth, and output of the content team, ensuring adherence to editorial quality standards Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills and create a sustainable culture of high-quality content production Manage the editorial quality system, including standards, workflows, and accountability to maintain consistency and accuracy across all content Required qualifications Proven experience in leading and developing a content or editorial team Strong editorial command with the ability to enforce quality standards across tone, accuracy, and brand fidelity Working knowledge of SEO and legal marketing regulations to ensure compliance and best practices Demonstrated ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Fluency with AI tools to enhance content quality and operational efficiency
