Become a Key Player as a Scaled, Digital Experience CSM

You will lead scaled digital events and content programs that drive adoption and community learning for customers. You will work across a mixed-specialty team and with internal stakeholders to plan, promote, and report on events that influence product value and customer outcomes. This is a Remote role supporting Central and Mountain time zones.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Plan and execute digital events for 300+ customers to drive adoption and value network growth
• Coordinate internal speakers, identify guest speakers, and orchestrate event logistics
• Create and post digital content for customers and internal stakeholders to foster community and peer learning
• Manage an external inbox and facilitate customer communications, event follow-up, and promotions
• Report on event metrics and tie program performance to business strategy and customer value
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing process improvements and product feedback internally

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 2–4 years of meaningful experience in a strategic customer success role or related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience planning and promoting digital events at scale
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable presenting virtually to large audiences and using Microsoft Teams for webinars

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• Deep knowledge of digital marketing/digital media software, especially Experience Manager (AEM) and Journey Optimizer (B2B)
• Adobe certifications

Pay Range

$24.85 - $31.06/hour
